Is Private Debt Solutions a good choice? PLEASE HELP?
VividLIME asked:
I am in debt and am thinking about using a debt relief program. I have heard horrible things about Freedom Debt Relief, so I decided to look into Private Debt Solutions. They have a good record with the BBB, but I am still a little nervous about taking the plunge. Does anybody know anything about PDS? If so, can you give me some info?

Hi
I have never worked nor heard of PDS. But then again I haven’t searched online for the latest Debt Mgmt programs in a couple years.
Checking the BBB helps but would recommend getting referrals from PDS, from friends and others prior to signing any contracts. You’d be surprised how many friends might be have a referral, as many people have debt but don’t opening talk about it.
I used CAPC; “http://www.caprocessing.com/” and I highly recommend them. They have excellent customer service and do what they say, help you pay your debt and educate you.
I have used another prior to them and although that previous company was OK in the BBB, it still went out of business and took a few thousand dollars of mine with them.
CAPC will work with you and your debt to make life easier, the phone calls will stop once those companies know you are working to payoff your debt.
Just be careful
Tony
Freedom Debt is a highly reputable company. Freedom Debt Relief is a company that sort of stole thier name, but it’s a different company.
Don’t know about Private Debt Solutions.
I use Freedom Debt and Financier for my clients – both are excellent!!
You get a statement each month and have access to your money. If you would like a 2nd opinion feel free to call me.

Yes, I have used Private Debt Solutions, they helped me for sure. Before I used them I called and asked a ton of questions. They in turned asked me a bunch of questions back. I followed what they suggested and am almost done with the program. One of the things I liked about them is that my info and account is only handled by a couple of people. In no way I wanted a call center with a bunch of people knowing my stuff! Anyways, good luck, you will not regret using them. My two cents~!
PDS is an extremely reputable company. I must say they are one of my few competitors that don’t make false promises.
